As a condition of your use of the Services, you agree that, in the event of technical issues or errors, RydeLane LLC personnel may access your content as necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue. The RydeLane mobile application is available exclusively for download on the Apple App Store. You may access the application through the following link:

Agreement to Terms of Service
1. Service Description
RydeLane LLC provides an online platform and related products and services that are governed by these Terms of Service. This includes software-as-a-service solutions, web-based platforms, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “RydeLane Platform”).
The RydeLane Platform is a proprietary system that integrates third-party online platforms and applications to offer private chauffeur services. Through the platform, users can search, book, and reserve transportation services for point-to-point travel, hourly use, or chartered services. Together, the RydeLane Platform and its transportation offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
2. Online Reservations and Communications
2.1. Consent to Communications
By reserving services online, creating an account, providing an email address or phone number, or otherwise accessing the RydeLane Platform, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the Services. Such communications may include, but are not limited to:
• Booking confirmations,
• Cancellations,
• Company surveys, and
• News or updates.
Communications may be delivered via email, chat, SMS/text, or notices posted on the Site. Some communications may use automated dialing systems, and standard data rates may apply. The frequency of communications may vary.
You agree that all electronic communications provided by RydeLane LLC meet any legal requirements for written notice or documentation. Communications will be considered delivered when sent to the contact information you provide.
By submitting content, creating an account, or sharing your email address, postal address, or phone number, you authorize RydeLane LLC or its agents to contact you in compliance with applicable privacy policies.
2.2. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
You may opt out of receiving certain communications at any time by replying with “STOP” to SMS messages or by following the unsubscribe link in email communications. Please note that opting out of essential service-related notifications may impact your ability to use the Services effectively.
Further details regarding opting out can be found in RydeLane’s Privacy Policy. Notification preferences may also be adjusted directly through your device’s settings; however, RydeLane LLC cannot modify or control these settings within its applications.
Pricing and Additional Charges
3.1. Additional Charges
All prices, discounts, coupons, and referral benefits displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice or liability. The total cost of the Services may include additional fees, such as but not limited to:
• Waiting Time Charges: Based on the hourly rate and type of vehicle.
• Extra Stops: Charges depend on the additional stop on the same way of dropping off location .
• Cleaning Fees: Up to $150 for excessive mess.
• Meet-and-Greet Fee: $25 (subject to change).
• Additional Stop Fee: $15 per stop (subject to change).
• Car Seat Fee: $10 per seat (subject to change).
RydeLane LLC reserves the right to amend additional charges at its sole discretion.
3.2. Last-Minute Changes
Any changes to pick-up or drop-off locations, destinations, or other trip details made within four (4) hours of the scheduled pick-up time (“Last-Minute Changes”) may incur additional fees. Acceptance of such changes is subject to RydeLane’s or driver’s approval . Upon acceptance, surcharges will apply based on standard hourly rates.
3.3. Pet Charges
While RydeLane welcomes pets, the following conditions apply:
• Pets must be secured using a leash, harness, crate, or other appropriate containment.
• A pet surcharge will automatically apply for messes or damages caused by pets.
• Pets not pre-approved or not contained in an appropriate transport box may be refused.
For pets weighing more than 15 pounds, a kennel or crate is required. Smaller pets must be leashed or carried in a suitable case and must not occupy the chauffeur’s seat. Certified service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are exempt from these requirements and fees.
When booking a ride with a pet, customers are encouraged to notify RydeLane or drivers in advance by leaving a note in their reservation through the website or mobile application to ensure a pet-friendly chauffeur is assigned.
3.4. Service Animal and Assistive Device Policy
Service Animals
RydeLane complies with federal and state laws, which prohibit service denial to individuals with disabilities accompanied by service animals. Chauffeurs using the RydeLane Platform are prohibited from refusing service due to the presence of a service animal, regardless of allergies, religious objections, or generalized fear of animals. Drivers found violating this policy may face removal from the platform.
A service animal is defined as one trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
How to Report a Service Animal Complaint
Riders who experience issues with service animals, including cancellation of rides or improper fees, are encouraged to file a complaint by contacting RydeLane at info@rydelane.com. Each report will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.
Cleaning Fees for Service Animals
Riders with service animals are not required to pay cleaning fees for hair or shedding. If a cleaning fee is improperly charged, the rider may request a refund in accordance with RydeLane’s Pricing Policy.
Assistive Devices
Drivers are required to provide assistance with stowing assistive devices, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches, in the same manner as other luggage. Refusal to assist or transport a rider with such devices may result in the chauffeur’s removal from the RydeLane platform.

Child and Infant Seat Policy
3.5. Child and Infant Seat Charges
For passengers traveling with children, the following policies apply:
• Safety Seat Requirement: Children are not permitted to travel without the requisite safety seats, as mandated by law.
• Special Requests: Requests for child or infant safety seats must be made at the time of booking. Customers are required to specify the number and age of children, as well as the type of safety seat needed.
• Fees: A fee of up to $10 per safety seat will apply. This fee is subject to change without prior notice.
Responsibility
While RydeLane provides child seats upon request (where available), it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure the proper installation of the safety seat and the secure placement of the child within it. RydeLane chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats due to liability restrictions.
Passengers are advised to review applicable state laws concerning age, height, and weight requirements for child restraint systems to ensure compliance.
Vehicle Damage Policy
3.6. Responsibility for Damages
Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during their reservation. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Physical damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior,
• Excessive mess requiring cleaning, and
• Any other actions leading to repair costs.
Charges for damages will be assessed based on the extent of the issue and billed accordingly. Passengers agree to cover all associated costs resulting from such damages.
Stop Charges and Policies
3.7. Additional Stop Charges
For reservations with additional stops, the following rules apply:
• A charge of $15 per stop will be incurred (subject to change).
• Chauffeurs will provide a full disclosure of anticipated costs before proceeding with any extra stops.
3.8. Stop Limitations
• Stop charges only apply for “Flat Rate” bookings and are not applicable to hourly pricing.
• Stops must be located “on route” to the final drop-off location.
• A maximum of two additional stops is allowed per transfer. For more than two stops, the trip must be booked on an hourly basis.
Hourly Rides
3.9. Hourly Ride Policy
Hourly rides are billed per hour, based on the prevailing rates of the selected vehicle. Pricing depends on time and mileage. For quotes, passengers may contact RydeLane at www.rydelane.com.
Misplaced Property Policy
3.10. Liability for Lost Items
RydeLane LLC, its affiliates, and subcontractors assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or forgotten items left in a vehicle.
Passengers are encouraged to promptly contact RydeLane support to report missing items. RydeLane disclaims liability for damages caused by delays or failures to recover lost property, especially in circumstances beyond its control, such as:
• Adverse weather,
• Traffic conditions,
• Natural disasters,
• Pandemics, or
• Any other force majeure events.
Company Policies and Discretion
4.1. Acceptance of Bookings
RydeLane LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request at its sole discretion.
4.2. Chauffeur Assignment
RydeLane retains full authority to assign or reassign chauffeurs for any booking.
4.3. Vehicle Type and Substitutions
In cases where the originally requested vehicle is unavailable, RydeLane reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle, subject to availability and operational considerations.
4.4. Service Modifications
RydeLane LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue its services, in part or in whole, at any time and without prior notice.
Accessibility and Special Assistance
4.5. Accommodation for Individuals with Disabilities
RydeLane LLC is committed to ensuring accessibility for all passengers in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Passengers with special needs are encouraged to request accommodations when making their reservation.
4.6. Luggage Assistance
The number of passengers and amount of luggage permitted for each vehicle type is based on estimated capacity. Passengers must declare excess luggage, bulky items (such as wheelchairs), or other special requirements during the booking process.
• RydeLane reserves the right to refuse transportation of undeclared items or luggage that compromises safety or vehicle capacity.
• Animals not secured in appropriate transport containers may also be denied transport, except as otherwise required by law.
Liability
5.1. Limited Liability
RydeLane LLC operates as a platform connecting users with third-party chauffeur services. All chauffeurs are independent service providers and carry their own commercial liability insurance. RydeLane is not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or damages that occur during the ride.
By using the RydeLane platform, you agree to release RydeLane LLC from liability for:
• Personal injury,
• Property damage, or
• Any other claims arising during your ride.
Claims or disputes must be directed to the independent chauffeur company responsible for the service.
5.2. Safety and Reporting Obligations
While RydeLane prioritizes safety, the company cannot guarantee that unforeseen incidents or accidents will not occur. In the event of an incident, passengers must:
Notify RydeLane within 24 hours, and Cooperate with any investigations to ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
User Responsibilities
6.1. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are required to behave respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws during their use of the Services. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of Services without a refund.
6.2. Legal Compliance
Passengers are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while using RydeLane Services. Any violations may result in termination of service and, if necessary, legal action.
Reporting and Feedback
7.1. Service-Related Issues
Passengers are encouraged to promptly report any service-related issues, including delays, complaints, or dissatisfaction, to RydeLane LLC to ensure timely resolution.
7.2. Decision Finality
RydeLane LLC retains sole discretion in resolving disputes, determining charges, and enforcing policies. All decisions made by RydeLane are considered final and binding.
Review of Terms and Amendments
RydeLane LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, by posting an updated version on the Site. It is the responsibility of users to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of changes. Continued use of the Services after revisions have been made constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
